Rocky Boy IHS Water & Sewer Main Extensions | Health Center Housing Project | Havre, MT

Project Description

Lakeside Excavation partnered with Havre Sand and Gravel to execute a comprehensive $1.4 million utility expansion for the Rocky Boy Indian Health Service and associated Health Center Housing Project. This critical infrastructure effort involved the installation of nearly a mile of sewer main and over a half-mile of water main, complete with all necessary valves, fittings, hydrants, and service connections.

The project was a significant undertaking for our crew, who worked extended hours to ensure the final pipe was placed on schedule. Beyond the heavy excavation, our team conducted rigorous testing and inspections on all manholes and service lines to guarantee system integrity and long-term reliability. This work not only supports vital new housing development but also ensures improved access to clean water and sanitation for the Rocky Boy community. This project stands as a testament to Lakeside’s dedication to quality and our ability to manage large-scale underground utility extensions in Montana.
