Trafton Force Main Emergency Replacement | Malta, MT

We responded swiftly to an emergency replacement of the Trafton Force Main in Malta. The project included fusing 3,600 linear feet of 6” HDPE bypass line, maintaining continuous flow to prevent freezing, and boring beneath the Milk River to install new infrastructure. Crews also completed cut-and-cover installation of 8” HDPE, added valves and essential components, and finished with site reseeding. The $650,000 project restored critical wastewater service with speed, precision, and minimal disruption.
