Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled trades as needed
- Prep job sites by clearing obstacles and identifying potential hazards
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Assemble piping and earthwork structures
- Dig, fill, and compact earth for foundation and infrastructure work
- Wash trucks and construction equipment to maintain site standards
- Follow direction from supervisors with accuracy and initiative
- Contribute to site clean-up and ongoing maintenance
- Embrace on-the-job training to grow your capabilities
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in construction as a general laborer is preferred
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a hardworking crew
